The Black Friday sale is applicable on selected styles in the webshop and not in combination with other promotions, newsletter discounts or discounts codes, from 11/26/2024 up until 12/02/2024 11:59 p.m. EST. Please note that final sale and clearance items are not eligible for a refund or return.

Yes, every country has their own campaign.

WILL THE DELIVERY TIMES CHANGE DURING THE CAMPAIGN?

Please be aware that due to a higher order intake, shipping times can take a few days longer.

WHAT IF MY DESIRED ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD? CAN I GET THE DISCOUNT AFTERWARDS?

If an item is not available during the promotion period it is not possible to receive the discount if you order the item outside the promotion period.

AT LEAST ONE ITEM IN MY ORDER IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If one (or more) products of you order is not on stock, we will ship your order all at once, when all items are available.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

- Price adjustments can only be made within 14 days of your order being placed

- If we are able to make an adjustment, we will refund the price difference to your original form of payment.

- The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of the adjustment.

- The item must be identical in name, color and model number.

- Item must be in stock for price adjustment, no rain checks will be issued for items out of stock at Joolz.com

- All price adjustments can be made through service.us@joolz.com including your order number

EXCLUSIONS

- Final sale, clearance or closeout products are not valid for returns and/or refunds

- Pricing due to typographical errors, retailer lightning sales (including Amazon Prime), retailer coupon offers, promotional codes

- “Marketplace” prices from third party sellers

- Purchases made outside of the 14 day window
