Now you can enjoy the ride even longer. Get your lifetime warranty. We want you to enjoy the ride with your little one as much as possible. That’s why we offer lifetime warranty on our Joolz Aer, Joolz Hub+, Joolz Hub, Joolz Day+, Joolz Day³, Joolz Geo², Joolz Geo³ or Joolz x Maxi-Cosi®. You simply have to register your new Joolz product on our website within six months of purchase, and you’re ready to enjoy carefree strolling for a lifetime.
Before you register your product, please have the following information available to process your registration correctly:
- Digital version of your proof of purchase (Please attach your receipt as PNG or JPG/JPEG)
- Serial-number of your product (please check the location and format of the serial-number in the examples below)
- Please choose the correct product family (Joolz Day+, Joolz Geo²), before you enter the serial number, since the product family and serial-number are linked.
- Please make sure to use the right format using only capitals and without spacing (DAY+CH123456, ACH123456, HUB+CH123456, HCH123456, GCH2123456, AERCH123456, GEO3CH123456)
