Joolz Aer2 Car Seat adapter set (EMEA)

We are reaching out to inform you about an important safety matter regarding your purchase of the Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set.
At Joolz, the safety and wellbeing of children and parents is our highest priority. As part of this commitment, Joolz decided to recall all Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Sets.
The Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set starts with serial number NL311- (as is shown on the picture below). These were sold between June 2025 and May 2026.
Reason for the recall
The Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set may fail to properly engage and lock with the spring-loaded pin on the Joolz Aer2 stroller. This may create a safety risk, as the Car Seat Adapter can detach from the stroller during use, which may allow the car seat to tip forward and fall to the ground.
As safety is fundamental to everything we do, Joolz has decided to recall the affected product.
This recall only affects the Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set. The Joolz Aer2 stroller itself is not affected by this recall and may continue to be used safely without the Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Sets.
What we ask you to do:
Immediately stop using the Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set. This applies in all situations, even if you believe the Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set is properly attached to the Joolz Aer2 stroller. The Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter may appear secure but could still be incorrectly locked (a “false lock”).
This recall only affects the Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set. The Joolz Aer2 stroller itself is not affected by this recall and may continue to be used safely without the Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set.
We offer a refund to customers who have purchased a Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set.
In the meantime, please keep your Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set, as we may ask you to return it to us in order to process your refund.

At Joolz, the safety of children and the trust of parents are at the heart of everything we do. During our continuous quality monitoring, we have identified a potential issue affecting a specific batch of Joolz Hub2 strollers.
What you need to know
In rare cases, the front wheels of the stroller may detach from the chassis during use. The affected strollers are limited to a specific batch (serial numbers HUB2CH-016488 to HUB2CH-016687). If your stroller is not within this serial number range, no action is required.
What you should do
1. Check the serial number of your Hub2 stroller. The serial number can be found on the right rear leg, on the inside:
2. If your stroller falls within the affected range, please stop using it immediately.
3. Contact Joolz Customer Service directly at service@joolz.com or via the telephone number of 020 4525 2638 to arrange a free replacement of the stroller and collection of the old one. Our team will ensure a smooth and quick process for you.
All Joolz strollers are designed and tested according to the highest international safety standards (EN1888-1&2, EN1466, EN1130). This issue did not appear during certification testing or early use. Out of caution and commitment to parents, we are taking this proactive step.
