3. Tag your Travel buddy in our competition post and let us know and share why you could really use this weekend away in Berlin.
4. The competition is open from 23 May 2022 until 29 May 2022.
5. The Winner will obtain a Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin voucher of a 2 night stay, incl. breakfast at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin and be announced on our Instagram profile. Besides that, the winner will receive a 500€ travel budget provided by Joolz.
Terms and Conditions
Radisson Hotel Berlin GmbH, having its registered offices at Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 3, 10178 Berlin, Germany organizes this prize draw called ‘A weekend with Joolz in Berlin’ which is not subject to any financial commitment or purchase ("Competition").
All holders of an open Instagram account residing in Europe and who commented on our competition post and tagged their Travel buddy qualify for the Competition, except if residing in a country where the necessary authority registration or approval to run this Competition was not obtained (currently, BELGIUM, BULGARIA,GEORGIA,ITALY, ,REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA, ROMANIA, SERBIA, SLOVAKIA, TURKEY, UKRAINE,), [CAK1] [LA2] employees of Radisson Hotel Group are excluded from the Competition; winning a prize in this Competition is subject to the winner’s identification as holder of the relevant Instagram account and his/her explicit acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as further described herein.
The Competition starts on 23 May 2022 00:01 CET and ends on 29 May 2022 23:59 CET. There will be drawn one winner of the competition to win a weekend stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin and the travel budget of 500€.
For selection of the winner, all participants who fulfil the requirements of the competition enter a lottery pot. A panel of no less than two (2) persons jointly appointed by Radisson Hotel Berlin GmbH, will draw one (1) winner from the pot. The panel’s drawing is final and cannot be appealed.
The person who was drawn to win, will be notified thereof via a comment from @Radissoncollectionberlin directly on Instagram and will be asked to confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by sending an email to marketing.cese@radissonhotels.com from the email account which is linked to the same person’s Instagram account.
Should the designated winner not confirm his/her acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in writing and not provide a valid and verifiable email address, then the drawing is repeated from the lottery, subject to his/her acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and provision of a valid email and verifiable address, failing which the prize may be awarded to charity instead.
Upon confirmation of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the winner shall indicate his/her age and country of residence; in case the winner is underage, he/she must provide evidence of parental consent to these Terms and Conditions and to receiving the prize. [LA3]
Radisson Hotel Berlin GmbH assumes that the person that participates in this competition fully complies with Instagram’s general terms and conditions.
The prize is one Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin voucher of a 2 night stay, incl. breakfast at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin and a travel budget of 500€. The Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of the winner’s receipt. Radisson Hotel Berlin GmbH is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Participants waive any and all entitlement to legally pursue their election as winner and the allocation of a prize.
All taxes applicable in the country of the winner are the liability of the winner.
Any personal information collected and processed for the purpose of the Competition, may be used solely for the Competition. Should the participant opt-in to receive Radisson Hotel Group’s newsletter or other marketing material via email, the personal information will be transferred to a database held by Radisson Hotel Group and be kept there.[LA4]
Participants agree to these Terms and Conditions of this Competition by the mere fact of taking part in it, and shall confirm this when elected as winners.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law and the courts of Berlin (Germany) shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes concerning the Competition which cannot be settled amicably.

This Privacy Policy describes how the Radisson Hotel Berlin GmbH, having its registered offices at Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 3, 10178 Berlin, Germany (“we” or “us”) collects, uses, consults or otherwise processes an individual’s Personal Data in the context of the ‘A weekend with Joolz in Berlin’ contest.
Please keep in mind that this contest is a collaboration between Radisson and Joolz and that the data we processed and described below will be shared between Radisson and Joolz for the sole purpose of organizing this contest and for handing over the prize to the winner.

From time to time, we may organize a contest on one of our social media pages. If you choose to participate in such contest, we will process your Personal Data for the purpose of organizing and managing the social media contest and drawing the winner(s).
If you have explicitly accepted the Terms and Conditions applicable to the “A weekend with Joolz in Berlin” Competition, you agree to the processing of your Personal Data for this purpose. This personal data is necessary to see who is eligible for winning and to reach out to that individual to hand over the prize.
