What will the duration of the campaign?

The campaign runs from 12/11/2025 to 01/12/2025 23:59 CET/GMT+1.

Orders placed during this period will automatically receive the applicable discount if the product is included in the promotion.

The promotion cannot be combined with other existing promotions, outlet deals, or discount codes. Exclusions may apply.

Which products are eligible for the discount?

The promo offering is applicable on selected Joolz products.

Not in combination with other existing promotions, outlet deals or discount codes.

Are there differences between countries for the discounts?

Yes, every country has their own campaign. Discount percentages, eligible products, and availability may differ depending on local market conditions.

Will the delivery times change during campaigns?

Please be aware that due to a higher order intake for campaigns, shipping times can take a few days longer.

What if my desired item is not available during the promotion period? Can I get the discount afterwards?

If an item is not available during the promotion period it is not possible to receive the discount if you order the item outside the promotion period.

At least one item in my order is a pre-order item. When will I receive my order?

If one or more items in your order are marked as pre-order, your order may be shipped in multiple parts.

In such cases, in-stock items will be shipped first, followed by the pre-ordered items once available.

Right to amend or cancel

Joolz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice, should unforeseen circumstances occur.
